As a seasoned Visual Identity Lead, you will be responsible for creating premium designs that connect with consumers and build brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all consumer touchpoints, including packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives, and offline collateral.
  • Lead the design of social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits that bring campaigns to life with compelling visuals.
  • Work closely with product and marketing teams to translate consumer insights and brand strategy into innovative design concepts.
  • Mentor junior designers and freelancers, providing creative direction and feedback to ensure exceptional results.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design expertise.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with bonus points for experience with Figma/Canva.
  • Experience designing for D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands is highly valued.
