• Sales & Team Management: Maximize sales productivity, achieving monthly and annual targets. Daily leadership, motivation, and progress monitoring are essential to ensure high agency quality and manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion.
• Recruitment: Identify and recruit top performers from the market, developing them into successful business leaders to expand our distribution network.
