Lead Data Analyst Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis and manipulation, with expertise in Python programming and distributed systems.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and delivering insightful reporting and data-driven solutions that help alleviate friction points and streamline processes across the organization. They will also contribute to R&D projects for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), new Data Products, and Bespoke Segments expansion.

  • Data science & stats-related projects
  • R&D projects for DTC
  • New Data Products development
  • Bespoke Segments expansion
  • Methodology design for measurement products and user identification
  • Continuous improvement of HCP onboarding, targeting, and measurement
  • Audience IQ/DTC product development, Identity graph/Data IQ
  • Collaboration with internal teams for timely and accurate data reporting
  • Research and implementation of new data products or capabilities
  • Actionable insights generation to drive business results
  • Evaluation and approval of additional data partners or assets

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4-5+ years of relevant experience in SQL query creation using real business data
  • Highly proficient knowledge of Excel
  • Data analysis and manipulation
  • Python programming
  • Distributed Systems knowledge (PySpark)
  • Containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes experience
  • Experimentation methods and Stats modeling experience
  • Ability to work fully remotely

Preferred qualifications include ELT experience, Tableau/Looker/PowerBI proficiency, automation experience, ability to organize large data sets, and Programmatic/Adtech familiarity.

Candidates without prior experience working closely with data sets or translating requirements into SQL without understanding the data's impact on business metrics may struggle to succeed here.
