Treasury Sales Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Client Relations team as a Treasury Sales Manager. The role involves building and growing relationships with corporate clients, delivering tailored treasury solutions, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand their treasury needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Foster sales of treasury and risk management products including liquidity, cash management, and investments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (risk, compliance, operations, product) to deliver seamless client experience.
  • Stay updated on market developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to provide insights and advice to clients.
  • Cultivate new corporate clients and expand wallet share from existing ones by identifying their needs and selling treasury products.
  • Utilize technology and digital platforms to enhance client servicing and efficiency.
  • Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management, client coverage, and revenue growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong technology orientation and ability to adapt digital platforms for client engagement.
  • Prioritizing a service mindset is essential for supporting clients.
  • Sharp intelligence and market acumen to interpret economic, regulatory, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience:
  • MBA or Graduate degree
  • 8-12 years of experience in Treasury Sales/CORPORATE TREASURY RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT, preferably with Banks, NBFCs, AMCs or financial institutions.
