Expert in Pricing Strategy

As a costing expert, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations optimize their pricing strategies.

• Prepare accurate and timely cost sheets for each month
• Update bills of materials (BOMs) to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Make informed pricing decisions based on cost and market analysis for existing and new products
• Provide management insights on factors affecting prices and margins
• Analyze raw material yields and consumption patterns
• Monitor price movements of inputs used in production
• Review manufacturing operations and compare expenses between factories
• Offer inputs on make or buy decisions and new product launch price fixation

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in costing and accounting with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They should be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce with Certified Management Accountant (CMA) qualification
• Intermediate certification from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI)
• Strong knowledge of costing and accounting principles
• Experience with SAP and other relevant software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
