Ground Staff Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Ground Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our airport operations.

  1. Greet and check in passengers in a courteous and efficient manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  2. Assist passengers with any questions or concerns they may have, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
  3. Handle and process passengers' baggage, adhering to strict safety protocols and procedures.
  4. E nsure that flights are on schedule and assist with boarding procedures, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues.

Key Requirements:

  • Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
  • There are currently 23 openings available for this role.
  • A secondary school diploma or higher is preferred, but not required.
  • The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills.
