Job Title: Facility Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and organized Facility Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities. This individual will be responsible for ensuring a smooth customer experience, supervising on-ground staff, and coordinating with central management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage court bookings, walk-ins, and venue upkeep to maintain a high-quality facility environment.
  • Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Coordinate reporting, reconciliation, and promotional activities with central management.
  • Oversight of equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and safety standards at the venues.
  • Support execution of tournaments, events, and community engagement programs.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve on-ground issues effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in venue or facility management, preferably in sports, events, or hospitality.
  • Ability to commute reliably between locations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Pickleball and Padel knowledge is a plus.
  • Sports background or interest is an added advantage.
