Job Title:

Senior Analytical Manager

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, analytical knowledge, and expertise in modern analytical instruments. They should be able to handle large teams, lead regular testing/method validation activities, and ensure compliance with GLP and Health, Safety, and Environment requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the QC-AMV team for regular testing/method validation activities.
  • Provide back-up support to the Quality Head of Department with daily updates, commercial output, monthly sample status, training, and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Execute and approve different types of quality management systems, identify scientific root causes, and maintain laboratory compliance.
  • Design and execute planning of analysis, data interpretation, and present findings to the Head of Department.
  • Guide team members for improving work quality, monitor, and report on key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like QA, RA, R&D, and Project Management to proceed allocated tasks.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends to remain competitive.
  • Face FDA Audit (US), MHRA, and EU audits individually.

Qualifications & Pre-Requisites:

  • Masters or Bachelors degree in Science or Pharmacy.
  • Strong analytical knowledge and expertise in modern analytical instruments.
  • Mix work experience in QC, AMV, and AD departments.
  • Leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic mindset.
  • Knowledge of Chromeleon 7.2 and Sciex software is an added advantage.
  • Good working experience in GMP and USFDA/EU audit faced.
  • Ability to achieve deliverable tasks with minimum support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
