Job Description: Executive Leader

This is a key role within our organization where you will play a lead part in developing the business strategy and future direction.

The Business Development Director will formulate and implement strategies to develop revenue-producing relationships and best practices to achieve new clients and manage existing ones.

Responsibilities:

  • IDentify business opportunities by researching prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, analysing options to market our products and services.
  • Manage the sales process from target selection and initial pitch to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Deliver significant growth targets with an eye on profitability.
  • Develop new commercial models to grow our Travel Experience & Engagement Services for our clients.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, events and reviewing publications.
  • Research and survey markets and competitors.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure high-quality client service.
  • Use analytical skills to identify key target sectors and structure complex deals.
  • Build strong client relationships and networks within Financial Services, Insurance and Travel sectors.
  • Foster a focus on consumer needs through experience in consumer-facing organizations.
  • Requires 8-12 years of experience preferably in Financial Services, Hospitality, Airlines, Travel Allied sectors or Fintech.
  • Enterprise sales experience of at least 5 years.
  • Marketing Graduate preferably with MBA.
  • Travel regularly as per business requirements.
