Job Description

The role of a ServiceNow Platform Manager entails driving best-practice solutions and strategic planning for the organization. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in ServiceNow Platform management, including defining roadmaps, adoption, value delivery, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Ownership: Define the vision, roadmap, and backlog for ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business, IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Governance & Standards: Establish policies for development, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Coordinate with ServiceNow and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to optimize relationships and services.
  • Financial Acumen: Analyze license optimization, budgeting, and ROI measurement to drive cost savings and efficiency.
  • Data & Reporting: Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and success measures to track progress and inform decision-making.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure the ServiceNow platform supports organizational goals, such as digital transformation, by aligning with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a Platform Manager/ Owner or similar role focused on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow features, capabilities, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address technical and business challenges.
