Job Overview:

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, with experience in mobile banking and internet banking projects.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 12 years of experience in banking sector with at least 4 years of exposure to mobile banking & internet banking projects/programs and 3 years of banking sector experience.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and mobile app release mechanisms.
  • In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks.
  • Understanding of banking products, digital channels (mobile and internet banking) and services.
  • Able to comprehend application architecture.
  • Hands-on experience as project manager - managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Practical experience with DevOps (CICD) and cloud/microservices-based projects.
  • PMP/Scrum/Prince 2 certifications

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of mobile banking project aligning with business goals and regulatory standards.
  • Manage project activities including meetings, documentation, and risk registers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for timely and quality delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with bank regulations, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Foster stakeholder communication and change management across departments.
  • Organize and oversee training sessions for staff and end-users.
  • Deliver regular project updates and presentations to senior management and steering committees.
  • Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies based on project needs.
