Unit Delivery Lead Job Opportunity

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned delivery lead to spearhead the successful execution of multiple software products and technology services in the Banking & Financial Services domain.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of guiding team development efforts towards successful project delivery, owning end-to-end project and technology delivery, and managing key performance parameters including delivery excellence, operational excellence, financial parameters, customer management, collaboration, business communications, and project/process management.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Core and advanced Java skills
  • Spring Boot framework expertise
  • Experience with Data Layer (JPA / Hibernate)
  • Strong background in Rest API and Integrations
  • Proficiency in relational and flat Databases
  • Angular 6 and above, HTML5, CSS3 and above, RxJS, Bootstrap skills are preferred

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience with the most recent 3+ years in a leadership position managing a delivery unit in end-to-end IT infra services delivery and operations
  • Mandatory experience in BFSI vertical delivery solutions in the area of core banking solutions, digital banking, web/mobile applications, etc.
  • Experience in implementing/delivering solutions in ThoughtMachine is highly desirable
