Senior Managed Access Specialist

The Managed Access Program (MAP) Associate Project Manager oversees the identification and tracking of managed access requests. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process managed access requests in accordance with agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Maintain documentation for all processed requests, ensuring compliance with MAP SOP.
- Support internal audits and external queries related to MAP requests.
- Collaborate with Global MAP team on project execution and quality assurance.
- Comply with all quality practices and notify deviations as required.
- Support MAP requests through MRPTC processes and maintain audit-ready environments.
- Organize relevant documentation within SharePoint sites.
- Ensure adherence to TAT & Quality check procedures.
- Contribute to process establishment and system implementation by working closely with Governance and/or Operations Lead.
- Support affiliates in MAP requests management process transitions or requests by collaborating with Operations Lead and affiliate stakeholders.
About You
- Experience: 5+ years in pharmaceutical industry with access management or clinical study management and project management experience.
- Soft skills: Strong communication skills, administrative, and organizational abilities.
- Technical skills: Proficient MS office skills. Smartsheet & PowerBI will be an advantage.
- Education: Bachelor/Higher degree in science.
- Languages: Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written).
