Legal Contract Specialist

Draft, review and vet IT, ITES, Technology Contracts, Agreements and legal documentation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with OEMs, Service Providers, Sub Contractors – Software license, Hardware, Cloud, SaaS, AI, Manpower etc.
  • Handling government tenders, Bid proposals, RFI, RFP, EOIs and experienced in handling contracts.
  • Liaising and making contractual correspondence with clients and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will safeguard company interests in contractual matters, identify and mitigate risks, liabilities and deviations.

About the Role

This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for IT, ITES, and technology agreements. The successful candidate must have experience in handling government tenders, bid proposals, and other contract-related tasks. They should also be able to liaise effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Additionally, they will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, liabilities, and deviations.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • LLB degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in contracts, direct negotiation, and regional management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
