Role Overview:

We are looking for a medical research analyst who will work on projects to fine-tune large language models using their analytical and English comprehension skills.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of medical concepts, particularly at the level required for medical school or professional practice. They can break down complex medical cases into simple explanations and work efficiently.

Day-to-day tasks involve solving advanced medical problems, creating detailed explanations, and working with medical content combining text with images, simulations, and visual aids.

  • Diagnostic Analysis: Review patient cases, analyze symptoms, and propose diagnoses supported by explanations and relevant medical imaging.
  • Medical Pathophysiology: Explain disease mechanisms utilizing diagrams, charts, and simulations to illustrate key concepts.
  • Clinical Decision-Making: Solve clinical scenarios involving patient management, interpreting lab results and imaging, and explaining chosen courses of action.

Requirements:

  • Candidates pursuing UG (MBBS, BDS), PG (MD/MS/DNB/MDS), or Post PG (DM, MCh) are eligible and encouraged to apply.
  • Strong knowledge of core medical subjects like anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and clinical medicine.
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex medical problems with a structured approach.
  • Ability to explain medical concepts clearly using simple language, visuals, and simulations when needed.
