About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position for a Windows VMware Engineer located in Hyderabad.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing Windows server architecture solutions, developing software, managing integration processes, and overseeing architectural design projects.

  • Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining server infrastructures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing project timelines to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows Server administration, including experience with 2016/2019/2022 versions. Additionally, they should possess skills in VMware administration, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, User Access Management, shell scripting, infrastructure automation using Ansible/Terraform, TCP/IP networking, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Windows Server administration
  • VMware administration experience
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Group Policy
  • User Access Management (users/groups/roles)
  • Shell scripting (create and manage scripts)
  • Infrastructure Automation using Ansible / Terraform
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
  • Flexibility for after-hours support when needed

The ideal candidate will also have exposure to Linux server administration, experience in cloud platforms (Azure/GCP), knowledge of backup tools (Veeam/Cohesity), and familiarity with security tools (Qualys/CyberArk/SentinelOne).
