Quality Assurance Lead

 

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Lead to join our team.

 

This is a challenging role for someone who has experience with quality assurance practices, testing frameworks, and software development methodologies. The ideal candidate will be able to lead the quality assurance function, develop testing strategies, and work closely with the product owner and development team.

 

The successful candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field;
  • 6+ years of experience in software testing, manual and automated;
  • Strong experience in different testing practices (unit to load to endurance to cross-platform) within CI/CD;
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools;
  • Knowledge of UI testing, REST protocol, microservice architecture, and API testing;
  • Proficient in Java/Kotlin, Swift, and their usage under a CI/CD pipeline;
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the quality assurance function and develop testing strategies;
  • Work closely with the product owner and development team to create acceptance criteria and test scenarios;
  • Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and integrate them into deployment pipelines;
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure comprehensive testing coverage;
  • Monitor test runs, application errors, and performance;
  • Communicate testing results and best practices to the team.
