About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI applications.

As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and launching multiple AI applications from idea to working MVP.

Our goal is to build and deploy innovative AI solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop end-to-end AI applications using state-of-the-art frameworks and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and prioritize project goals.
  • Experiment with different approaches and iterate quickly to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Work directly with the founder on product direction and technical strategy to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong coding skills and hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs.
  • Experience building and deploying applications, not just models.
  • Curiosity to try new ideas, break things, and learn fast.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, high-speed execution, and changing directions when data says so.
  • Ability to work independently and own projects from start to finish.

The following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Prior work on AI-driven products, side projects, or startups.
  • Knowledge of full-stack development for rapid prototyping.
  • Understanding of GTM strategies and how technology connects to business outcomes.
