Device Support Engineer Role Summary
\We are seeking an experienced Device Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with expertise in non-volatile memory devices and software development.
\Responsibilities\- \
- Develop algorithms to support various non-volatile memory devices.\
- Maintain existing algorithms by updating them with new specifications from semiconductor manufacturers.\
- Analyse support requests to assess feasibility and identify necessary electrical and software requirements.\
- Design and release socket module adapter boards.\
- Evaluate incoming requests for support of devices.\
- Utilize AI to enhance device support engineering tasks.\
- Collaborate with QA and the software team on unique testing requirements.\
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues found and reported by QA or customers.\
- Nurture relationships with semiconductor manufacturer engineers and contacts.\
- Participate in continuous learning to stay updated on industry developments.\
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.\
- Multitask and maintain attention to detail.\
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.\
