Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced University Partnership Manager to lead our efforts in establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with top universities globally.

About the Role:

This full-time position will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing strategies to acquire new university partners, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and oversee the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of academic programs.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining long-term partnerships in the higher education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve acquisition targets and expand our footprint in the university market.
  2. Identify, prospect, and acquire new university partners, presenting our product offerings and demonstrating their value.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at universities, including administrators and decision-makers.
  4. Work closely with universities to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions that address their challenges and goals aligned with our product offerings.
  5. Lead MOU negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives.
Requirements:

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the higher education sector.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining partnerships, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the higher education landscape.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are essential for this role.
