Senior Salesforce Technical Lead

Establishing technical excellence in the SFDC platform is crucial for business success. This role demands a seasoned leader who can drive transformative projects and inspire high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and maintain scalable technical solutions that meet business needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to establish clear design directions and task priorities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct impact analyses and provide accurate status reports to senior leaders.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
  • Strong hands-on understanding of SFDC platform, Apex, LWC, and Lightning Component programming skills.
  • Experience in large data migration and deployment with best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and direct customer interfacing experience.
  • Awareness of IT Support processes, SLA reporting, and support protocols.

Preferred Skills:

  • Manufacturing process knowledge.
  • SAP basic awareness.
  • Commerce Cloud or CPQ awareness.
