Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Lead to oversee the daily administration and support of our Salesforce database.

This key role will be responsible for managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations.

  • User Management: Manage multiple user setup, profiles and roles.
  • Customization: Customize objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations.

The successful candidate will work closely with management, strategic planning & analysis staff and end-users to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers.

This includes developing and creating customized reports and dashboards, as well as training new and existing users on how to use database applications.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement process improvements.
  2. Create and document application requirements by working together with those involved in the development of program enhancements and changes.
  3. Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality.
  4. Maintain expertise in lightning.
  5. Implement service cloud and community cloud solutions.

In addition, this role will provide technical support to application users and logging and tracking identified system problems through resolution.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical thinking and effective communication abilities.
