We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Associate in Insurance Operations.

This role will play a vital part in supporting our core insurance processes, delivering high-quality service to stakeholders, and contributing to our operational excellence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering administrative services with precision and efficiency, managing policy data with accuracy, and processing daily transactions according to targets set by the process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administrative Support: Provide meticulous and streamlined administrative support, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to organizational policies.
  • Loss Run Management: Execute loss run pulling activities with accuracy and consistency, contributing significantly to a smooth and efficient month-end close process.
  • Policy Data Administration: Manage policy data meticulously, implement robust quality controls, and foster collaboration across teams.
  • Transaction Processing: Process daily transactions as per targets set by the process, ensuring on-time completion and minimal errors.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Exhibiting ability to manage and accommodate change effectively, self and within the team.
  • Following all policies outlined by the organization.
  • Organizing/participating in divisional-level and organization-level activities and initiatives.
  • Ensuring timely weekly/monthly reporting as required.
  • Liaising with other departments as necessary.
  • Engaging in process-oriented and personal skill enhancement trainings, staying informed about industry updates.
  • Understanding customer requests and inputting accurate information into relevant IT/support systems.

Requirements include:

  • Graduation in any discipline.
  • Previous work experience in relevant industry (not mandatory).
  • Moderate to Excellent Computer skills; ability to work in MS Office systems is an added advantage.
  • Good analytical skills, decision-making, attention to detail, and business process orientation.
  • Must be flexible to work in different shifts.
