Job Summary:

As a process transformation expert, you will spearhead operational excellence initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity across assigned pools/towers/teams.

  • Lead and execute strategic improvement projects to enhance business outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough process assessments and implement standard frameworks to boost performance.
  • Develop and execute quarterly OE maturity assessments across teams; design and deliver 30/60/90-day action plans to strengthen maturity levels.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels (leads, managers, tower/cluster heads) and advance the OE agenda through effective governance.
  • Collaborate with OE colleagues and automation experts to lead improvement initiatives and support the deployment of cutting-edge technology solutions.

Candidate Profile:

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt trained or Green Belt certified from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 9 years of overall experience, including 4–5 years in operational/continuous/delivery excellence roles with proven exposure to process discovery/task mining (preferably in BPO, shared services, or GBS environments).
  • Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
  • Hands-on experience in process discovery & mining practices is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
