International Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Customer Relationship Specialist. As a key team member, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our Australian customers.
- Coordinate with Australian customers/stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of fiber orders.
- Perform accurate feasibility checks and product selection using client tools, adhering to client standards and guidelines throughout the qualification process.
- Manage order and contract creation, follow up, and maintain end-to-end visibility of order status.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, concise, and timely communication.
- Ensure 100% quality and KPI compliance for all deliverables.
- Generate daily dashboards on order status and update customers as per agreed processes.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in International Call center operations (Australian English).
- Order Management knowledge is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, including experience handling international customer calls and effective written communication.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
Additionally, knowledge of Salesforce, Google Map, and PNI – Spatial net is an advantage.
