About This Role

As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in the success of our organization. You will be responsible for leading a team of Game Changers, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor the day-to-day activities of your team members, including work and attendance monitoring.
  • Provide effective coaching and training to help team members improve their performance.
  • Identify and address performance-related issues, develop action plans, and implement corrective measures.
  • Ensure that service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) and financial expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with employees, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to ensure open communication and scheduling of team activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to lead and motivate team members, multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in operations matrices such as Attrition, Shrinkage, CSAT, NPS, SLA.
