
Executive Operations Manager

As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in the success of our organization. You will be responsible for leading a team of Game Changers, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor the day-to-day activities of your team members, including work and attendance monitoring.
- Provide effective coaching and training to help team members improve their performance.
- Identify and address performance-related issues, develop action plans, and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure that service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) and financial expectations.
- Communicate effectively with employees, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure open communication and scheduling of team activities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A highly motivated and results-driven attitude.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to lead and motivate team members, multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in operations matrices such as Attrition, Shrinkage, CSAT, NPS, SLA.
