Job Title: Senior Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented French language specialist to support procurement operations, including requisition reviews, supplier communication, and RFQ creation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate and communicate effectively in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Support internal teams with French documentation, email handling, and communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global locations.
  • Assist in procurement or supply chain tasks as required.
  • Maintain data accuracy and follow internal processes.
Required Qualifications:
  • French language certification – Minimum B2 level (DELF/DALF/TEF/TCF).
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Business, or related fields).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of procurement/supply chain concepts.
  • Experience in procurement systems such as SAP, SRM, Ariba, or Coupa is an advantage.
  • Internship or academic project related to procurement or logistics is desirable.
