Position Title: Senior Manager – Financial Reporting

Location: Bangalore

The role involves overseeing the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and coordinating with external auditors and tax advisors. Key responsibilities include:

Financial Reporting:

  • Manage the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards (e.g., Ind AS, IFRS).
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
  • Analyze management reports.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
  • Develop and implement policies to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Streamline processes using technology and improve data quality.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with senior management, board members, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide clear and concise financial information.
  • Address inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

For this position, we seek a qualified CA with 8+ years of experience in Financial Reporting. The ideal candidate will possess:
