Job Title: Financial Planning Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled financial planning analyst to join our team. This is a key role that supports leadership in strategic decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain job-wise and vertical-wise cost sheets to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Track material, labor, transport, and overheads per project to identify areas for cost savings.
  • Allocate shared costs across business verticals to optimize profitability.
  • Create standard cost templates and monitor budget vs. actual to inform business decisions.
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to validate cost data and ensure accuracy.
  • Support ERP implementation for costing modules to streamline financial processes.
  • Prepare monthly cost reports for leadership to provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • CMA (Cost & Management Accountant) certification preferred.
  • 3–6 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in infra, construction, or rentals.
  • ERP exposure (Tally Prime) is a plus.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong grasp of cost accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience in project-based or rental-driven businesses.
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to create complex financial models.
  • Understanding of logistics, inventory, and shared cost allocation.
  • Hands-on, self-starter with systems-building mindset.
