Job Title

A highly skilled and strategic financial leader is required to oversee the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for various teams within the organization. This role involves collaborating with global stakeholders, engaging with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial insights.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles.
  • Experience in a COE or shared services environment is preferred.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Responsibilities
  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for GTM teams supported by the India COE.
  • Manage the preparation and delivery of accurate financial reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with global finance teams to provide actionable insights that drive business performance.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with financial regulations, including Indian GAAP, IFRS, and SOX compliance.
