Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic advisory while working with a diverse portfolio of clients.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and detail-oriented individual with 2-3 years of experience in accounting and finance. You will be mentored by experienced professionals and contribute to the delivery of high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records using software such as Tally.
  • Closely monitor and ensure timely closure of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance, including return filings.
  • Assist in statutory compliances, including ROC/MCA filings and secretarial coordination.
  • Prepare and review MIS reports, variance analysis, and dashboards for clients.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Conduct payroll processing, vendor/customer ledger scrutiny, and invoice management.
  • Communicate with clients regarding day-to-day financial and accounting matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • SEMI Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of experience.
  • Proficient in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software, including Tally.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
