Corporate Social Responsibility Manager

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and refining our CSR vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

About This Role

This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's social responsibility initiatives. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement effective CSR strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Refine CSR Vision and Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive CSR strategy that aligns with our business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including legal, finance, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration of CSR initiatives.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all CSR activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of CSR professionals to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, and community groups.
  • Monitor Industry Developments: Stay up-to-date with changes in CSR law, Income Tax, Companies Act, and notify internal stakeholders of implications from a CSR perspective.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, environmental science, or sociology.
  • Proven experience in corporate social responsibility, sustainability, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions.
