We are looking for a Telecalling Officer to join our team and participate in an outbound sales process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making calls to potential customers to pitch and sell banking products and services, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell banking products.
  • Explain the features and benefits of various banking products to meet customer needs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all products and services offered by the bank.
  • Document all sales activities, customer information, and call outcomes accurately in the system.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize sales opportunities and close deals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in telecalling or a sales role within a voice process is essential.
  • A strong understanding of the banking or financial services industry is beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills are required.
  • The ability to handle rejection and remain motivated is crucial.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software is required.
