  • The ideal candidate will have experience in translating business requirements into clear specifications, implementing changes in systems, and managing user account settings.
  • A strong background in custom development, integrations, and data migration is essential.
  • The role requires excellent administrator skills, including user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity, and storage management.

Maintaining overall Salesforce.com system integrity, including data loads, backups, and restores, is critical to success. Additionally, managing dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts, workflows, and approvals is key. The ability to create and maintain end-user documentation, internal processes, and manage third-party apps is also required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing Salesforce updates and releases, researching new functional additions, and evaluating their impact on the ARI instance.
  • Managing the maintenance of the Salesforce platform and associated CRM system(s) to ensure data quality and security.
  • Developing and maintaining custom Salesforce Dashboards, Reporting, and Analytics to monitor sales activity and results from the Sales teams.
  • Collaborating with departmental leadership and Solutions Analysts to prioritize, scope, and execute projects and tasks effectively.
