Business Planning and Analysis Manager

As a key member of our Pharma International BPA team, you will be responsible for managing business planning and analysis activities across various countries in the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa region. Your primary objective will be to drive the execution of end-to-end business planning and analysis responsibilities for assigned countries, working closely with stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.

You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, provide insightful analysis and decision support to management teams, and offer financial and administrative assistance to country organizations in areas like financial planning, reporting, and performance monitoring. Additionally, you will collaborate with local teams to support financial operational activities, drive decision-making, and lead key projects.

The ideal candidate will possess an MBA degree from a premier institute, have 9 years of related BPA experience, and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills. They should also be able to influence key stakeholders and have a commitment to learning and delivering in a fast-paced environment.
