Project Management Opportunity

The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. They will ensure that all project stakeholders are engaged throughout the project lifecycle and that all necessary resources are allocated effectively.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  3. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  4. Ensure resource availability and allocation
  5. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  6. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  7. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
