Print Production Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Print Production Manager to oversee the execution of print projects, driving timely deliverables through expert project management.

  • Manage client expectations and ensure seamless collaboration across stakeholders.
  • Maintain adherence to established processes and policies, ensuring timely work task delivery.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to minimize costs.
  • Partner with artwork studios and printers to achieve high-quality prints and consistency across projects.
  • Offer design phase support, reviewing artwork and identifying potential risks.
  • Lead conversations with stakeholders during color assessments on print work.
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills, tracking project timelines to meet deadlines.
  • Manage color standards storage and facilitate courier arrangements with logistics companies as needed.
  • Take initiative and be proactive in resolving challenges.
  • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Provide support onsite, offsite, and at printer's sites as required.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' progressive print production experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Client-facing experience and prior experience in project/account management.
  • Familiarity with Color Management or Separation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of various print methods (e.g., Offset, Flexo, or Gravure).
  • Excellent analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning).
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers, colleagues, and external clients or vendors.
  • Autonomy and teamwork in fast-paced environments.
  • Influencing peers and senior management.
  • Attention to details, deadlines, and reporting.
  • Occasional travel required (local and international).
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.
