We are seeking a skilled BIM professional to lead project teams with extensive experience in the field.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for client management, team oversight, and ensuring timely project delivery.

  • Manage multiple projects effectively, allocating resources efficiently and monitoring progress.
  • Support project setup, planning, and execution strategies.
  • Deploy resources optimally aligned with project deliverables and objectives.
  • Review project updates to ensure accurate tracking of project status.
  • Lead BIM execution, implementation, and production activities while supporting project estimations.
  • Deliver high-quality outputs for all design stages adhering to standards, codes, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Coordinate with clients and consultants for BIM modelling, reports, and deliverables.
  • Manage project workflows, allocate tasks efficiently, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of BIM tools and platforms.
  • Develop and manage Dynamo scripts, training team members in their usage.
  • Manage modelling, coordination, and successful delivery of international projects.

A degree in Architecture from an accredited institution is required. Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms is essential.
