We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Test Engineer with a strong background in API testing (manual and automation). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with popular testing tools and frameworks, CI/CD practices, and be comfortable working in Agile environments. This role involves validating backend services, automating API tests, and ensuring the overall quality of applications through consistent testing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual API testing using Postman to validate functionality, reliability, and performance.">
  • Automate API testing using RestAssured or Playwright for faster regression and continuous validation.">
  • Design and document test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on business requirements.">
  • Log, track, and manage bugs using JIRA or Azure DevOps and collaborate with development teams for resolution.">
  • Build and manage test automation pipelines using Jenkins integrated within CI/CD workflows.">
  • Use Visual Studio or VS Code as primary IDEs to develop and maintain automation scripts.">
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.">
  • Ensure complete test coverage and conduct smoke, sanity, regression, and integration testing.">
  • Provide detailed test reports and quality metrics to stakeholders.">

Required Skills & Qualifications:
