Artificial Intelligence Leader

Our organization is seeking a visionary Artificial Intelligence (AI) leader to spearhead its AI/ML strategy and revolutionize matchmaking platforms.

This pivotal role drives innovation across personalized recommendations, fraud prevention, and customer engagement, using data science to redefine how people find love.

  • Define and execute the AI/ML roadmap that powers personalized matchmaking, fraud detection, and real-time decision-making models to enhance user experiences.
  • Champion the integration of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to drive developer productivity, automated testing, and code quality.
  • Leverage recommendation engines to personalize matchmaking, content discovery, and enhance overall Customer Experience (CX).

The ideal candidate will have 18+ years in technology leadership, including 5+ years in AI Product Development (AI/ML/LLM implementation in B2C/B2B applications), with a strong strategic, creative, and analytical skills to develop and scale plans, strategies, and tactics for a business model.

Required Skills:

Technical Skills: Strong technical background in Computer Science or related field; expertise in AI/ML/LLM development; experience with cloud-based technologies and agile methodologies.

Leadership Skills: Proven leadership experience in AI product development; ability to build and lead high-performing teams; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
