Key Financial Leadership Role

A leading technology company is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our accounting and finance team in India.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in managing the financial operations of staffing companies in India.
  • Over 15 years of strong experience in Accounting, Taxation, Corporate Finance, Payroll, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Benefits, and Multi-Currency Accounting.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally ERP and ability to handle large employee payrolls.
  • Experience in handling high-level subsidiary accounting, oversight, inter-company transactions, and FEMA/RBI compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills and business acumen to effectively translate client needs into operational processes.
  • Strong leadership skills to build and manage process documents and ensure compliance across teams.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills to collaborate with clients' operational and financial departments.
  • Strong understanding of central and state compliances for accounting and payroll.
  • Ability to motivate and support the existing team in meeting business needs.
  • Leadership-based management skills aligned with corporate philosophy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel (advanced Pivot and Macros), MS Power BI, MS Sharepoint, and ability to leverage technology for automation and efficiency.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience with a degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance from a reputable institution.
  • Chartered Accountant certification is highly desirable.
