**Commercial Banking Expert**

As a seasoned commercial banking professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives across client banking operations.

  • You will act as a domain consultant and advisor in commercial banking engagements, providing strategic insights and process consulting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • A thorough understanding of the banking delivery function is essential, including knowledge of maturies, platforms, geographical requirements, and client support systems.
  • Complex banking processes must be translated into actionable insights and business requirements for BPS functions.
  • You will own RFP/RFI responses, solution creation, and go-to-market strategy for commercial banking offerings.
  • Collaboration with delivery and technology teams is critical to ensure banking domain alignment in solution implementation and ongoing service delivery.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in commercial banking, with exposure to one or more areas such as corporate lending, trade finance, cash & payments, risk & compliance, and client onboarding from an operations standpoint.
  • Previous experience in consulting, transformation, or solution architect roles within a BPS function is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of banking processes, systems, and regulatory environments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are essential.
