Job Title

Business Intelligence Manager

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Business Intelligence (BI) operations and effective stakeholder management.
  • Manage BI products and provide training to users for self-service reporting.
  • Oversight of IDA BI in various strategic initiatives as they arise, enabling the development of the function and related capabilities.
  • Supervise the design, production, and changes to BI reporting.
  • Contribute to best practices and standards to ensure a consistent approach to BI reporting.
  • Raise data gaps to the IDA Data Quality team to ensure accurate data flow in the Data Architecture.
  • Partner with key areas within IDA, GT, and across business stakeholders to address any BI requirements.
  • Instill a customer-first culture, prioritizing service for business stakeholders above all.
  • Understand AI concepts, with a preference for those familiar with its applications in BI.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within teams across the globe and manage stakeholders.
  • A collaborative spirit, can-do attitude, and a customer-first mindset.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Relevant years of experience in a data role (analytics or engineering) supporting multiple specialty areas of Data and Analytics.
  • Passion for digital and data, with experience working in a digital and data-driven organization.
  • Experience with BI tools like Power BI, among others.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Intermediate proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and Power BI. Able to assist and guide team members on technical issues, helping them develop the skills to manage tasks independently.
  • Ability to lead a project or team effectively.
