Job Title: Program Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our architecture design and build projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project strategies, maintain project documents, and ensure all project deliverables meet required quality standards.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and team members to ensure project goals are understood and achieved.
  • Manage project changes and issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Maintain and update project documentation as necessary.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of project progress and issues.
  • Participate in project reviews and lessons learned sessions to improve project management processes.
  • Lead project teams, develop project plans, and manage project timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project management in architecture design.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills, including developing and managing project plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
