About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to take on a key role in driving business growth and success. As a Sales Development Professional, you will be responsible for providing sales and marketing support to build a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads and opportunities through various channels, including phone calls, emails, business networking, and social media.
  • Research, track, maintain, and update leads in our CRM system to ensure accurate and timely follow-up.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to qualify leads and conduct customer research to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our company's solutions and services to effectively facilitate the inside sales process.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Experience with cold calling and research, as well as maintaining databases.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience in using CRM and database tools.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preference for experience working with US geography and IT services.
