We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion ERP Functional Consultant – Financials to join our team. This role will involve leading and implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies and providing functional expertise on configuration and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, implement, and provide technical support for Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules and provide guidance on configuration and process optimization.
  • Bridge the gap between business and IT by eliciting and documenting business requirements, analyzing business processes, and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and propose optimized processes that align with best practices.
  • Participate in system design and configuration to ensure it meets business requirements.
  • Support change management initiatives by helping stakeholders understand the benefits of new systems and processes.
  • Manage system integrations, interfaces, and data migrations to ensure seamless data flow between systems and maintain data accuracy and consistency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Fusion ERP system to ensure smooth operation and meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules - O2C (Order to Cash), R2R (Record to Report), P2P (Procure to Pay), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Project Accounting (PA), Oracle Projects.
  • Technical skills: knowledge about Oracle Fusion technology stack, including PaaS Technical, PLSQL, OTBI, and BI Reports.
  • Prior experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion ERP systems is mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and provide training and support to end-users.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/CA/MBA Finance.
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience with Oracle Fusion stack and a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP modules and Oracle EBS R12.
  • Must have experience in at least 5 project implementations that exploit the full capabilities (discover, design, implementation, and optimization) of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle EBS R12.
