Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Advertising Strategist to manage and scale our digital advertising campaigns. This role requires a strong foundation in data analysis, digital marketing, and experience with Ads.

About the Role:

  • Create and execute comprehensive advertising strategies for B2B lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Develop audience targeting plans tailored to the US market and optimize ad performance.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-converting ad creatives and messaging.
  • Analyze campaign performance daily and provide actionable insights based on analytics.
  • Run A/B tests to continuously improve ad performance, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient spend.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to internal stakeholders and clients.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Ads (Lead Gen Forms, Sponsored Content, InMail, etc.).
  • Proven experience working with US-based clients; understanding of the US market and customer behavior is essential.
  • Proficiency with Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with metrics, attribution models, and dashboards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with other paid platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Twitter/X).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo.
  • Experience in SaaS or healthcare marketing is beneficial.
