Job Title:

Data Architect Specialist

A remote data specialist is needed to design and deploy complex data solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data engineering, specifically with BigQuery, Pyspark, and Apache Airflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy scalable data pipelines using cloud-based services
  • Orchestrate workflows using workflow automation tools
  • Process and transform large datasets using advanced analytics tools
  • Manage data sets and integrate with APIs and CI/CD Pipelines
  • Troubleshoot and document complex data components for business applications

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in data engineering
  • Experience with BigQuery, Pyspark, and Apache Airflow
  • Proficiency in Java or Python programming languages
  • Previous experience in the financial industry

Preferred Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of ETL processes and dataflows
  • Familiarity with data architecture and logical/physical data models
  • Ability to design and deploy efficient data pipelines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
