Identity Access Management Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced professional with hands-on expertise in IAM system support and management.

  • Provide operational support for IAM systems and troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues related to IAM environments.
  • Manage identity lifecycle operations including provisioning, de-provisioning, access control, and identity governance.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operational Support: Ensure the smooth operation of IAM systems by providing timely and effective support.
  2. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues related to IAM environments.
  3. Identity Lifecycle Operations: Manage identity lifecycle operations including user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), Single Sign-On (SSO), and identity governance.
  4. Health Checks and Monitoring: Conduct regular health checks and monitoring of IAM systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Hands-on Experience: 5-6 years of experience working with IBM ISIM and IBM TDI.
  2. Technical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
