Job Summary:

  • This is a key role within our organization that oversees commercial ICI construction projects.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading all phases of commercial ICI construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
  • Developing project work plans, schedules, and milestones; providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with contract scope, safety standards, budget controls, and quality requirements.
  • Coordinating with site supervisors to monitor on-site progress and address any field issues.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation using construction management software.
  • Handling all project administration, including submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, change orders, site instructions, deficiency reports, and closeout packages.
  • Preparing cost estimates, bid packages, and tender submissions for ICI projects.
  • Issuing and managing purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Tracking subcontractor invoices and preparing project billing and progress claims.
  • Maintaining strict budget control and identifying cost-effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Representing the company at project meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors through proactive communication.
  • Addressing project challenges and conflicts promptly to avoid delays.
